Brian is the best, he is truly working on your side. After working with 4 other realtors, I met Brian. Immediately he got what he wanted and could afford, he puts himself on your shoes and takes you to places he would buy for himself if he were you, or tell you why not if there was a house with "hidden" foundation issues for example. Others would be very pushy and show you whatever came up on their database search, wasting my time and making me feel I was speaking Chinese. I'm very analytical and Brian helped me run all the numbers and different scenarios. We even brainstormed on remodeling options for houses that were not 100% ready to move in. He knows the market and the people you need during the whole process, from house-hunting to financing to remodeling. Brian helped as well through every step of the purchasing process, working around my schedule, meeting on weekends, negotiating with the sellers to my benefit, and making sure everything was kosher. Even covered using his fee's some costs that the previous owner owed to the HOA to make my deal happen! I still keep in contact with him, he is a friend now.

I met Brian soon after starting my search for an apartment in San Francisco. He was showing a place in SOMA. I quickly realized that while the apartment was wrong for me, Brian was the right realtor. The SF property market is arcane and complicated, but I'm sure most realtors can help you figure it out. The hard part is to find someone who understands your needs, tastes, and true budget so that you don't waste your time touring apartments or houses that would never work for you. Brian got me quickly and never wasted my time. It took us eight months on and off, and I had to bid on six places before getting the perfect place at the right price, but Brian treated every tour as if this was the first place we had seen together and treated me as if I were his only client and all for the sake of building a relationship for the day I might sell since Brian received no compensation as the buyer's broker. When I started my search again with another person at his office, he overheard my name and reached out.
